Have a Question about Placing an Order?
To place an order browse our website and choose an item you would like to purchase then follow these simple steps:
- Click the image for the item you would like to purchase
- Click the “Add to Cart” button
You can continue shopping and each of your selected items will be added to your shopping cart as you go. - When you are finished shopping simply click “Shopping Cart” then select “Checkout” and follow the instructions…it is just that easy!
Unfortunately, we can only accept orders through our website. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Maruti Beads accepts orders from 187 countries worldwide. Please check our shipping page to see if your country is listed. If your country is not on our list, we can still process your order through a bank or wire transfer.

Simply check the email account you provided during the check out process.
Customers are notified by email with a confirmation invoice. If you do not receive, an invoice in your inbox, be sure to check you spam folder in case your invoice was redirected. If your invoice does not appear, please use our contact page
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account and clicking on order history.
The status of your order will be one of the following:
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled: this could happen for several reasons (please use our contact page to talk to a customer service representative)
- In Checkout and Payment Pending: Your order is in queue and awaiting payment to be processed.
- Payment Received: Your payment has been received and your order is being processed.
- Processing: Your order is currently being prepared for shipment.
- In Shipment: Your purchase is in transit.
- Completed or Delivered: You have successfully received your purchase.
If you have questions regarding your order, contact one of our customer service representatives through our contact page. Be sure to have your order number ready for verification purposes.
Once you have submitted your order the process cannot be reversed. To make changes or corrections simply use our contact form to speak with a customer service representative.
If you need to track your order just use your tracking number, which is sent to your email address within three to four days after shipping.
Have a Question About Minimum Orders?
If you are ordering jewelry (earrings, bracelets, bangles etc), there is no minimum order restriction.
There are minimum order restrictions for the following products:
- Lac and Kashmiri beads: 50pc per design
- Maruti bead: 25pc per design
- Copper and Glass bead: 100gram per design
We have a minimum order requirement of $120 USD (shipping not included).
At Maruti beads, we believe in green business practices. Therefore, all Maruti, Kashmiri and Lac products are made to order specifically to our customers needs. Besides, no middleman allows us to pass-on savings to you while remaining Eco-Friendly.
We have a suggestion, from some of our wonderful customers who have felt the same way.
Because our specialty, Lac & Kashmiri beads & jewelry are manufactured in bulk, our minimum quantity requirements may be too large for individual needs. Due to this, some customers combine their order with a friend or two. We find this a fantastic idea that is both environmentally friendly and economically smart…it saves on shipping fees.
However, if you have a special request we do want to hear from you. Use our handy contact form to speak with a customer service representative. They are always happy to help, just be ready with your exact amount requested and model number and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that as much as we want to help, Maruti Beads makes no guarantee that we can accommodate every special order.

What about Payments?
All payments are in USD (United States Dollars). AT this time, we cannot accept other currencies.
All payments are online by major credit card. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and eCheck. We also accept payment through bank or wire transfer. If you have questions about bank/wire transfers please use our contact page to talk to a friendly customer service representative.
Our customer’s online safety and convenience is very important to us. Because of this, we use PayPal for your ease and security. PayPal uses SSL, the most secure encrypted online payment software. So you can feel protected in all of your purchases at marutibeads.com.
Questions about Shipping?
All shipping fees are separated by country and calculated on that basis. You can find more detailed information about shipping on our shipping page.
At marutibeads.com there are no unwelcome surprises. Our customers are only charged for their purchase and shipping fee. However Customers should note that even though handcrafted products are generally free from customs duties and taxes: you may be charged for import fees at your end such as; duty, excise, inspection fees etc.
Is There Anything I Need to Know About Delivery?
No, unfortunately Deliveries can only be made to your home or street address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
It takes approximately two to three weeks to process an order for shipping. If it is a special order or a bulk purchase, it may be between four to five weeks. For information that is more detailed or questions about how long your order may take: please speak to one of our helpful customer service representatives by using our handy contact page.
Please allow two to three weeks for processing. At marutibeads.com we manufacture our beads in house. If your parcel has not yet arrived, it may be because we are awaiting delivery of the raw materials necessary to complete your order: this may delay your order processing time by four to five weeks. Add to this an additional five to seven days for delivery by courier service.
If after four weeks you are becoming concerned, please use our contact page to speak to one of our friendly customer service representatives. For faster service please have your order number handy.
Thank you for your patience, at marutibeads.com we know how hard it is to wait when you are excited about your purchase and we promise we are doing our best to make certain your wait is as short as possible.
Because all of our products are, 100 percent handcrafted by master artisans they may not be to the exact size, weight or color specifications shown in our website images. Maruti Beads are hand crafted with individual color mixes and naturally dried. In short, each bead is a work of art and therefore some slight variations may occur.
What about Returns or Refunds?
Once an order has been processed or dispatched no refunds or returns are granted.

Sorry, marutibeads.com does not offer free samples as all of our products are made to order. However, we do have a bead package that contains a 50pc assortment for $60 USD (shipping charges are extra). Please go to our bead mixes page for more information.
